Adam Scott Perl:


Adam is the Owner and President of the Alex & Me Company, which he purchased in early 2005. Prior to the acquisition, Adam was a Founder and Co-owner of PetLink USA. Adam's experience encompasses a decade of guiding companies in the high technology and financial services industries. Adam’s international experience includes Corporate Strategy and Development for Sony’s Wireless Technology Group in Tokyo, Japan and U.S. and South American Mergers & Acquisitions with FleetBoston Financial (now Bank of America). He is an acknowledged expert in venture capital and mergers & acquisitions and was a lead team member in the merger between Fleet Financial Group and the BankBoston Corporation. Adam then went on to head up Kessler Financial Services’ Corporate Venturing / Investment Group and Primary Business-to-Business Initiative where he sourced, negotiated and oversaw the fulfillment of co-branded marketing campaigns for KFS’s major clients and alliances. Before founding PetLink, Adam was the SVP of Corporate Development and the CFO of MyeSuperstore in Anaheim, CA. Adam has his Bachelor of Science (BS) from Babson College, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, as well as has completed various courses at Lorenzo de’Medici in Florence Italy.
